New Jotun Demidekk Translucent provides five years timber protection

Timber fences, sheds, garden furniture and garage doors can now be protected for up to five years with new Demidekk Translucent high performance protective coating from leading paint manufacturer Jotun Paints (Europe). Available in a choice of handy-sized branded tins from most leading decorative trade retailers, Demidekk Translucent waterborne stain has been rigorously tested in the harsh Norwegian climate to withstand extreme temperature and wet conditions and features the latest alkyd and acrylic resin paint technology for longer lasting weather protection.

Product comes in a choice of 20 popular colours reflecting the scope of the natural landscape from Siberian Larch and Tar Brown to exotic richness of beautiful Teak. Colours can be easily mixed to provide hundreds of different tints, offering the
double benefit of eye-catching good looks with the guarantee of many years of maintenance-free protection against mould and rot for all types of hard and soft wood. Quick-to-apply using either a brush or a roller, Demidekk Translucent is solvent
free, odourless and touch dry within three hours. It has one of the lowest VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) levels of any product of its kind, ensuring minimum impact on the environment.

Visir transparent primer is recommended for use with Demidekk Translucent to provide complete protection against damage from sunlight, fungal growth and humidity. Product is available in one, three and 10 litre tins and can be quickly and easily mixed in-store to match most colour specifications.
